February saw Olga meeting up with former band members DEAN and MARTY... From Olga: It had been years since I met up with Marty and 17 years since I spoke to Dean, I thought it was about time we met up! If I didnt do it now we would be away on tour again and another year would pass! I was as nervous as hell! I met the guys in Sunderland at The Rosedene pub, on a cold February evening. I of course arrived an hour too early! I needed to be there to compose meself! Anyway, Marty was first to arrive, he had slimmed down somewhat! He was eager to know how the tour was going and how the two new guys, DTN and Tommy Goober, were working out, he was sincerely pleased to hear how well everything was going. I was becoming more nervous waiting for Dean, would I recognize him!? would he remember me!? Suddenly he appeared, looking the same as he did almost 20 years earlier, though maybe slightly less hair and greyer, wearing glasses and a goatie! It was lovely to see them both and I wish I could have stayed longer, it goes without saying... We drank and drank and drank a bit more, talking about the old days and talking about Marty and Dean's new lives, a great night was had, twas really sad leaving them and I felt quite emotional about it all on my way back down to London. I will say THANKS lads for the great time we had that night AND the great time I had with you in the band. I love you. Will meet up soon again.
